At TrekVibes.Life, we want you to love your trekking gear and essentials. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached.

Eligibility

• Applies to full-priced items only; sale or personalized products are final sale.
• Items must be in new, resalable condition—no damage, odors, or signs of use.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) required.

Return Process

1. Contact support@trekvibes.life within 30 days to start your return.
2. Receive a prepaid return label via email (we cover standard shipping; expedited at your cost).
3. Pack securely and ship back within 7 days of label issuance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees non-refundable; return shipping free within policy terms. Exchanges available if in stock—specify preferences in your return request.
